😤Taking a bathroom break every hour or multiple times an hour and finding that your urine is clear? You are actually dehydrating yourself, most likely. 

💧 Water is not the only way we hydrate our cells. We need water AND electrolytes, aka sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, and calcium. Especially if you are active most days of the week and actively loosing sweat during your workout.
