Kids will use translucent, magnetic bingo chips to mark all the 'A's on their sheets. Once every 'A' is covered, they'll use a magnetic wand to lift the chips while saying "A says [sound]." For an added fine motor skills challenge, they can also use tweezers and pom-poms to cover the letters. I like to use new letter activities to keep learning fresh, new, and exciting each week.
