Safety town

Safety Town is designed to provide hands on safety education for incoming Kindergarten students. Join us this summer to help promote safety!

At Safety Town camp, learning how to avoid potentially dangerous situations — such as talking to strangers, crossing the street or consuming harmful substances — is all a part of summer fun.

Your child can learn pedestrian, passenger and at-home safety while navigating one of these safety villages. Locations, dates, ages and costs included!

For the past 34 years, the Safety Town Initiative has provided safety education for children of Twinsburg and vincinity. Our programs are designed to create awarness and help prevent many threats that our children may encounter including: fire, poison, traffic, playground, bus and strangers. Participating children must be 5 years only by August 1st, 2015. Classes are held Monday thru Friday at the Twinsburg Community Center and Glenn Chamberlin Park.
