Anansi (also known as Ananse, Kwaku Ananse, Anancy, and Aunt Nancy in the Southern U.S.) is a trickster god originating from the Ashanti tradition. He is most commonly shown as a spider, and is the god of stories. Once, the sky god Nyame had all the stories, and none were in the world. Anansi asked Nyame to buy the stories. A West-African spider god, normally hailed as the God of Stories.

Sigyn- Norse myth: Loki's wife. She is mostly mentioned in easing the pain of her husband by catching most of the venom from a serpent from dripping into his eyes by using a basin. But when she turns to empty the basin the venom drips into his eyes and his writhing causes earthquakes.
