A template for citing tweets posted on Twitter.

Brug

Kopier en blank version af skabelonen neden for. Alle parameternavne skal skrives med småt. Brug "|"-tegnet mellem hver parameter. Slet ubrugte parametre for at skabe bedre overblik i redigeringsvinduet. Undertiden er dags dato inkluderet. Hvis datoen ikke er dags dato, så siden.

Required parameters only, in horizontal format

 Note: When known, the author's real name should be specified in the |author= parameter. If their real name is not known, then the tweet is probably not an acceptable usage of a self-published source.

Error detection

• The parameters |user=, |number=, |date=, and |title= are required. If omitted or left blank, errors will be reported. For example:

  "I'm an incomplete citation!" (Tweet).

• The tweet URL depends on |user= and |number=; if either or both are missing, the URL defaults to https://twitter.com/
