We have shortened the time line of the challenge. Authors and Artists still have plenty of time to create, and the posting start date is November 1st just like last year!
We have removed the 5k fic level as it was not that popular last year. We apologise if this means you won’t be able to participate this year, we really do appreciate you all, but we have tried to streamline the event this year to make it easier for all involved.
We have also removed the “swap out” option for artists at fic claim time. This proved not to be necessary last year and added a level of admin that we are all relieve to not have to do!
We will be ensuring all info and posting will be cross posted to our Twitter and Pillowfort so that tumblrgeddon doesn’t affect anyone. As stated in the Rules we need one member of the team to have access to Tumblr for masterpost reasons, but are doing our best to incorporate all platforms in this challenge.
