My portfolio site now features a little segment for my current work in progress, plus details on the painting process and the thought behind the piece.

still open for both these and for larger paintings/illustrations its kind of approaching emergency commission status i need to pay my health insurance perks of being a freelance artist is i dont have benefits through a company and im still putting myself out there for bigger art jobs (plus working on ongoing work) but its feeling like its not enough i feel like im on a hamster wheel running i'll delete these last few tags at some point i dont want to feel like im begging sympathy from people to get them to commission me thats never what i want to do. and the health insurance thing is the least of my problems right now. but it's still an increasingly looming one so im reblogging this again
