this is conceited. you're hurting feelings.


example for boastful:
1) my son is in the army. I couldn't be more proud.
2) my friend and I went on a world tour! I can't stop telling it to everyone and post it on social media.
these are being boastful. you're proud but you're not directly hurting anybody's feelings
