I just got the latest issue of The Data Scientist Magazine in the mail! I am so thrilled about how the article turned out about using open-source LLMs in grammatical error correction at LanguageTool. But my favorite article is the one featured on the cover with James Duez. That is a very strong article, that I enjoyed reading (although, it is tough to pick just one, I thoroughly enjoyed them all). You can check out the magazine here: https://lnkd.in/edsiaSV3. Many thanks to Katie Shutt for reaching out to me about contributing, Damien Deighan for doing such a great job with brainstorming on topics and the interview, and Imtiaz Deighan for her feedback and support. The Data Scientist Magazine has a great team of folks. Thanks again for the opportunity!

🙅🏼♀️ Do not, under any circumstances, use “Dear Sir or Madam.”

Okay, maybe we’re being a tad bit dramatic. But it’s definitely time to retire that greeting.

If you’re unsure of the recipient’s name, try these fresher alternatives:
 🔹 Dear [Job Title/Position],
 🔹 Good day [Department Name],
 🔹 Hello [Company Name] Team,
