Start to finish in 15 minutes!

Start by rolling out your dough or just getting some premade from the store.
Place on Parchment paper and separate your mozzarella cheese sticks on the dough giving yourself at least a 1/2” gap.
Use egg wash on the edges and between the cheese sticks.
Fold your dough over the cheese and press down firmly along the edges and between the sticks of cheese.
Cover the dough in more egg wash.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or recommended temperature/time.
Once done, cover in herb butter.
Slice into your individual cheese sticks and serve with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce!

I took my copycat Pizza Pizza Garlic Dipping sauce (with minor adjustments) spread it generously on bread, sprinkled it with tons of cheese and baked it to toasty, cheesy perfection! 

**so I made two versions, one with Parmesan cheese and one without, my family likes it without the Parmesan cheese so I’m sharing that below, if you love Parmesan, I’ve included instructions for that version as well!

Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread 
Makes 1 loaf

1 450g loaf of Italian bread

Garlic Butter
1/2 cup softened salted butter (if using unsalted add salt to taste)
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
2 tbsp softened cream cheese 
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning/dried basil
3 cloves garlic
