I’ve shared a recipe similar to this in 2020 but this is a different take and I think I might prefer this one 🤤

Recipe:
5 pounds pork shoulder/butt
4 pounds pork spareribs
2 pounds tomatillos
4 jalapeños
4 serranos
2 poblanos
1/2 onion
8 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
1/4 teaspoon peppercorns
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
3 cups of water, in blender
Salt to taste
Lard to fry the pork

*Cook the pork with the salsa partially covered for 1½ to 2 hours.
*Check occasionally to see if the meat is tender; if not, continue simmering.
*If the sauce is getting too thick, add more water or broth.
