When I saw the new Honey Bee Stamps Lovely Layers Coneflower I immediately went and purchase it. I loved the look of this layered flower. I cut all the layers and leaves from white cardstock and colored them with Copic Markers. The die does not come with stems and I wanted to add them to the flowers for this card, so I pulled out the stems from the Altenew Craft-a-Flower Cosmos and cut them from white cardstock and colored them the same as the leaves.It is easy to assemble the flowers, you…

Our coneflowers started blooming earlier this month, which reminded me about these pretty paper ones! This is the second card I made using the new Honey Bee Stamps Lovely Layers Coneflower. When you look up coneflower images on the interest there are so many beautiful colors, one of which is a soft pink. That is the color I chose to use for this card.This time I cut the elements of the card and leaves using colored paper. I used a frosty pink for the flower petals, a soft beige for the center, and a mint green for the leaves and stem, then depth and shadows were added with Copic Markers.To…
