Crab and spinach quiche

This crustless spinach quiche could not be easier to make, or more delicious. There's no crust to roll out, so it's ready in a snap, perfect for weekend brunches and impromptu get-togethers.

The day after we ate a beautiful Dungenous Crab, I used the remaining center crab meat to make a delicious Crab & Spinach Quiche. Accompanied with a beautiful salad, the crab provided yet another great meal. After the meal, I had two slices of quiche left and I used those to serve for lunch the following day.
