My recipe is only requires one type of daal.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 mug (large cup) whole urad daal
- 3 cups water

- ¼ cup ghee
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 200g crushed tomatoes (or 1 cup)
- 1 cup fresh coriander (½ bunch)
