Ingredients :

- 1 cup ground beef
- tablespoon oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp sazon @healthyrican
- 1 1/2 tsp adobo @healthyrican
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/4 tsp cumin
- pinch of salt & black pepper
- 1/2 cup mix cheese
- thick cut mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz tomato sauce
- 4 - 6 empanada disc ( bought at store )

Instructions :

Over a medium high heat lest sear the onions and red bell peppers till they are translucent.
Now add in your ground beef and break it down nicely.
Add your sofrito, sazon, adobo, garlic, chili powder, cumin mix everything well together while still searing on medium high.
Continue with adding the tomato sauce & mixed Empanada Discs, Red Bell Peppers, Caesar Salad, Adobo, Red Bell Pepper, Pinch Of Salt, Bell Pepper, Chopped Onions, Chili Powder
