Heat 1/3 cup ghee and fry dry fruits of choice. Add 1kg grated red carrots and sauté for 15mins on medium heat. 2. Pour in 500ml full cream milk and cook until it’s absorbed. Add 1+1/4 cup sugar and mix. Cook until it comes together. 3. Add 2 tsp elaichi powder, 200g khoya and mix . Cook until halwa thickens. Finish with fried nuts and enjoy! Ingredients and method

Carrot 1 kg cut as shown in video must remove yellow part if thick carrot.Try to take red carrots.

Milk 1 liter with cream.

Cover and cook in pressure cooker for 20 to 25 minutes, try to take big size cooker ,otherwise keep an eye on it ,if milk start oozing then turn the flame low to medium , it may slightly prolong cooking time.

Remove the whistle when heat/air is completely removed otherwise milk will comes out of the nozzle.

Open the cover dry milk on high flame.
