Island with shelf on end

I always need more storage space in my home, so I may have to copy this designer and add some built-in shelves to the end of my kitchen island. The added space is perfect for displaying those items that are seldom needed but nice to keep on hand. I'm also captivated by the use of pine boughs as decorations on the island and kitchen counter, adding an organic touch to the white cabinets and counters.
