“ Korean Spinach Side Dish “

Recipe :

Start by trimming your spinach then blanching In salted boiling water for 30 seconds.
Once wilted, remove them and immediately add to the ice water to completely cool. 
Then squeeze out liquid as much as you possibly can.
Cut the spinach into smaller pieces 
then add scallions, 1 tsp of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar and a little salt. And sesame seeds.
