Drill 1: Bend & Stretch. A great warmup before the next 3 stretches. Push a little into the resistance band

Drill 2: Mini Hamstring Pulses. Use the band to move your leg, completely relaxing the leg. Don’t engage the muscles at all apart from keeping your knee straight

Drill 3: PNF resistance! GAME CHANGER! ⭐️ Hold your leg straight at your maximum flexibility range. Now PUSH into the band for 10 seconds. Give it all you’ve got. Feel your back of the leg fire up 🔥 then disengage the muscles, relax & bring your leg towards you for a 30 second passive hamstring stretch. Repeat this 3-4 x to really release the muscles.
