GRILLED LEMONGRASS BEEF SHORT RIBS VERMICELLI NOODLE BOWL 
Simple but delicious 😋 
Marinade the meat with 1 cup of my all purpose marinate. Recipe pinned on the reels section. If you don’t have it. Here’s one from scratch 
Recipe:
• 2-3 lbs beef short ribs 
• 1/4cup fish sauce (3 crabs 🦀)
• 3 tablespoon light soy sauce 
• 2 tablespoon minced garlic 
• 1/4 cup chopped green onion (optional)
• 1/4 cup finely chopped lemon grass (more if prefer)
• 2 tablespoon cooking oil 
• 3 tablespoon sugar 
• 2 tablespoon honey 
• 1 teaspoon msg (optional)
• 1 teaspoon ground pepper 
Mix well until sugar dissolved. Marinate for 2-3 hrs. or overnight in the refrigerator.
