It makes my eyes appear smaller and creates a harsh look, especially now that I’m a bit older. I’ve never thought it looked good on me anyway, even when I was younger, but on others, I think it’s stunning.   Instead, I prefer a softer approach using a taupe eyeliner above and below the eyes, blending it gently for a subtle “smokey” effect. I keep the rest of my makeup light. I also love the two-tone lip trend, with brown/beige on the outer edges and coral/orange on the inside. Feel free to ask about specific brands.
