It was a little over a year ago now that I first listed a handful of ceramic plates for sale. At the time I was a little (a lot!) naïve and lacked any real understanding on the costs to make, paint + sell ceramics when I started. Whilst all my ceramics and hand painted designs perhaps look simple and therefore perhaps 'quick' to make and paint, behind-the-scenes is a different picture.
