Emma Petersen 🥕 on Instagram: "PB & J PROTEIN OAT CUPS 🤎 I know I say this a lot… but these are genuinely 10/10 and the perfect mid morn / afternoon snack to keep in the fridge for when you wanna munch something sweet! 🫶 For 6 oat cups: ▫️ 120g rolled oats* ▫️ 40g natural smooth peanut butter* ▫️ 60g whey protein* - mixed with 30ml water to form a thick paste ▫️ 6 tsps raspberry jam ▫️ 60g dark chocolate ▫️ 10g coconut oil ▫️ Flaky sea salt ✨ simply mix all the ingredients together, then once a sticky mixture forms, pack it down into muffin liners. Top each with a tsp of jam, then place in the freezer for 1-2 hours to set. Pour over your melted chocolate, then sprinkle with sea salt to finish.
