Ingredients

For masala powder :-
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Pepper powder 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chillies 3-4

For Potato Fry:-
Baby Potatoes 3/4 kg
Water 3 cups
Peanut oil 2 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Onion 2 medium size, finely chopped
Few curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Ground masala powder

Written Recipe:-

* Dry roast coriander seeds, pepper , fennel seeds, cumin seeds n red chillies until aromatic..

* Transfer to a blender n grind smoothly...

* Cook the baby Potatoes with 3 cups of water for 2 whistles ( do not cook more than 2 whistles )

* Add oil n mustard seeds to a pan ..let the mustard seeds splutter...
