Description Well, this has been in the works for a couple of years... This time details from the kaftan. I'm still adding some embroidery to the sleeves. Also stitched a heavy winter cloak at one point, outer lining very dark blue (the "blár" of Icelandic sagas) wool, lining a slightly darker indigo than the kaftan. Last photo taken in the Rosala Viking centre (Finland), summer 2012.
