It can be served with roti, chapathi, naan or ghee rice , jeera rice etc., This tastes simply yummy and there is no going back. It is a super easy bachelor recipe that is made within 15 minutes 1. In a bowl take 1 cup of soya chunks and soak in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze it and grind in pulse mode till it turns to kheema. Don't grind just pulse. 2. In a mixer jar add 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chilli , 1 inch ginger and garlic 3 nos. Grind to paste. 3. In a kadai add 3 tbsp oil, add whole spices, bay leaf Cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds 1/2 tsp.
