Start at 32 weeks, the birthing ball exercises help you prepare for labor-

If baby is OP, or the baby if their head is to the back of the pelvis, this can cause them to push forward and overlap the pubic bone. Aka they may have a hard time navigating the pelvis! We can help “fix” this position by: 1) Invert to allow baby to move up to a higher level so they can wiggle their head and body into a better position.
