Start your day with a nutritious twist! 🌟 
the perfect blend of health and taste. Rich in calcium and fiber, these idlis are a delicious way to power up your mornings. 🥄✨
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup whole ragi
- 1/2 cup split urad dal
- 2 tbsp idli rava
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil/ghee for greasing
Recipe:-
1. Soak whole ragi and split urad dal  for 4-5 hours.
2. Grind  into a smooth batter.
3.  Add rava and salt, mix very well
4. Cover and rest 7-8 hrs or overnight for fermentation process.
5. Grease idli molds with oil/ghee and pour the batter into the molds.
6. Steam for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through.
7. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.

The more flavorful the the broth the better.   I use 1/2 cup of toor dal for about 4 cups of mixed vegetables.
