For him. I feel like I'm not even allowed to tell you that. But that confuses me so much. It is *so hard* to hold love in. It feels like it runs contrary to my very nature to do so. Like I'm suppressing truth in myself. My heart just *does not* understand a world where it can ever be a bad thing to tell someone that they are loved, that they are beautiful. That's exactly what this world needs more of, so much more of. So if I'm bad for saying it right now, I will simply accept that.

Treat your Self like someone you love. This does not mean only when that love feels good. It's telling your Self the truth about your life situation and the responsibility that comes with it—bringing to consciousness who you could be and choosing to run towards that. This is what it means to love. In all ways, always.

.. but it does not mean that she is a bad person. She can be very nice and caring. She is even willing to sacrifice herself for others. Like the way she is caring for Jordyn all the time. Plus 30 hours work and plus doing most of the things at home.... and what I learned in Ghana, the kids don't learn how it feels to love and being loved. not easy.. but not my duty again! anyway. I hope she will be happy somehow. I know I am now! Only facing small struggles😂😂😂! LOVE YOU baby!!!
