Ecco cosa ci servirà: 💖 le verdure che abbiamo in frigo, io ho messo patate dolci, cavolo romano, cipolla rossa 💖 un legume: io spesso uso i ceci, ma vanno bene anche i fagioli, basta che siano legumi abbastanza grossi 💖 un cereale: io spesso uso il farro, il cous cous o la quinoa, come in questo caso 💖 un'insalata cruda: va bene quella che volete! 💖 per il condimento vi servono (dose per 4 persone): 2 cucchiai di salsa di soia 2 cucchiai di sciroppo d'acero Il succo di un limone medio/grande 2 cucchiai tahina Un filo d'olio Peperoncino a piacere Poca acqua per renderlo della consistenza che vedete in video

#HealthyEats #ProteinPower ➡️INGREDIENTS: 4 eggs 200g cottage cheese 1 small zucchini 1 large tomato Salt and pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 4 tbsp grated cheese 1 tbsp fresh parsley ➡️PREPARATION: 1. 🔥 Preheat the oven to 180°C and prep an ovenproof dish. 2. 🥒 Dice the zucchini, lightly salt it, set aside briefly, then drain excess water. Dice the tomato and drain excess water. 3. 🍳 Crack eggs into the dish, add cottage cheese, veggies, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly. 4. 🧀 Sprinkle the top with grated cheese. 5. 🕒 Place the dish in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden. 6. 🌿 Once done, let it cool a bit, then sprinkle with parsley.
