1 Generelles

1.1 Bestellung von Ersatzteilen

Die zur Bestellung erforderliche Typennummer von Ersatzteilen, ist in der

Reparaturteileliste unter der im Service Manual verwendeten Positions-
Nummer aufgelistet.

WICHTIG!
Folgende Angaben bei der Bestellung von Ersatzteilen angeben:
Typen - Nr. des Ersatzteiles.
Modell - Nr. des Gerätes.
Serien - Nr. des Gerätes.

1.2 Entfernen der Gehäuseabdeckung

WARNUNG!
Gefahr durch elektrischen Schlag.
Bei Arbeiten am geöffneten Gerät besteht Gefahr durch das Berühren
spannungsführender Teile.
Vor dem Öffnen der Gehäuseabdechung muss das Gerät vom Netz ge­
trennt werden. Netzschalter ausschalten und Netzstecker ziehen.

Die Gehäuseabdeckung in der nummerierten Reihenfolge der Abbil­

dungen entfernen.

2 Wartung

2.1 Wichtige Hinweise

Das Service Manual beschreibt die für das Produkt festgelegten externen
Servicemaßnahmen.

WICHTIG!
Zur Durchführung der Servicemaßnahmen ist die Gebrauchsanweisung
des Produktes unbedingt zu beachten.

2.2 Wartung von Gerät und Zubehör

Die Wartung und die Prüfung am Gerät soll zum Schutz des Prüfenden in
der angegebenen Reihenfolge durchgeführt werden:
Sichtprüfung
Elektrische Sicherheitsprüfung
Funktionskontrolle

Die im Abschnitt "Elektrische Sicherheitsprüfung" angegebenen Prüf- und

Messverfahren beziehen sich auf die Prüfung nach DIN EN 62353 / IEC
62353.
Alternativ kann nach IEC / EN 60601-1geprüft werden.
Für die Beachtung der aktuellen Grenzwerte und die Erfassung / Doku­
mentation von Bezugswerten ist die verantwortliche Organisation zustän­
dig.
Nach einer Reparatur müssen alle Messwerte (Ausgangswerte) des Ge­
räts anhand der Angaben im Service Manual geprüft und bei Abwei­
chungen neu eingestellt werden.

VORSICHT!
Das Produkt darf nicht betrieben werden, wenn die vorgegebenen Mess­
werte nicht erreicht oder die Funktionen nicht erfüllt werden.

HINWEIS!
Alle Wartungs- und Prüfarbeiten an Gerät oder Zubehör müssen doku­
mentiert werden.

2.4 Elektrische Sicherheitsprüfung nach DIN EN 62353 / IEC 62353

Hinweis:
Eine Messung des Isolationswiderstandes an den Pati­
entenanschlüssen ist zulässig.

Ableitströme Messverfahren:
Bei Geräten mit Standby-Funktion empfehlen wir die Direktmessung nach DIN EN 62353 /
IEC 62353. Bei Geräten mit Standby-Funktion ist eine Ersatzmessung nicht zulässig.
Grenzwerte:
Entsprechend DIN EN 62353 / IEC 62353
Prüfbedingung:
Messanordnung (MD) und Messaufbau nach DIN EN 62353 / IEC 62353
Geprüft werden:
Der Ableitstrom, der durch den Schutzleiter bzw. vom Anwendungsteil über den Patienten
zur Erde fließen kann.
Messpunkt Patientenableitstrom:
Am angeschlossenen Kamerakopf.

2.5 Mess- und Hilfsmittel
Für die Durchführung der in diesem Service Manual beschriebenen War­
tungs-, Reparatur- und Testroutinen, sind nachfolgend aufgeführte Hilfs-
und Messmittel unerläßlich. Vergewissern Sie sich vor einer Reparatur,
dass die Messmittel kalibriert und in einem einwandfreien Zustand sind.
Zu Beachten: Angegebene Testkonfigurationen sind ausschließlich für
Testzwecke definiert und keine Anwendungsempfehlung.

2.6 Funktionskontrolle

Messaufbau siehe Abschnitt 2.5.

Folgende Funktionskontrollen entsprechend der aktuellen Gebrauchs­
anweisung GA-A280 durchführen:
- Kapitel 3.2 (Einstellen der DIP-Schalter)
- 3.3 (Farbbalken-Testbild)
- Kapitel 4 (Funktionskontrolle)
- Kapitel 5.3.1 bis 5.3.8
Überprüfen, ob die beschriebenen Funktionen korrekt ausgeführt werden.
Hinweis: Zusätzlich Abschnitt 1.5 (Kombinationsmöglichkeiten) in der Ge­
brauchsanweisung beachten.

Benennung Durchzuführende Kontrollen

Ergänzende Prüfungen zu den oben benannten Kapiteln der GA-A280

Einstellung DIP-Schalter Die verschiedenen HDMI-Ausgangsformate einstellen und die verschiedenen Formate
am Monitor kontrollieren.
Werkseinstellung siehe GA-A280 Abschnitt 3.2.

Helligkeitsregelung Bild mit verschiedenen Helligkeiten darstellen, Kamera muss je nach Einstellung die
Helligkeitsunterschiede ausgleichen.
Diese Kontrolle an allen Viedeoausgängen durchführen.

WARNUNG!
Gefahr durch elektrischen Schlag.
Bei Arbeiten am geöffneten und am Netz angeschlossenen Gerät besteht
Gefahr durch das Berühren spannungsführender Teile.
Arbeiten am geöffneten und unter Spannung stehendem Gerät dürfen nur
unter Beachtung der gültigen Sicherheitsvorschriften und Schutzmaß­
nahmen erfolgen.

WICHTIG!
Nach einem Baugruppentausch die richtige Einbaulage und Befestigung
der Verdrahtung beachten.

3.1 Gehäusfront (Pos. 0040)

Kamerakopfbuchse (Pos. 0220/0040)
USB­Platine (Pos. 0410)
Bedien E­Karte (Pos. 4040)

3.1.1 Demontage und Montage der Baugruppe

Bedien-E­Karte (Pos. 0440), LEMO Adapter-E-Karte (Kamerakopf­
buchse) (Pos. 220/40), USB Board (Pos. 0410).
Baugruppe komplett austauschen.
Gehäusedeckel entfernen (siehe Abschnitt 1.2).
Kabelbaum des Hauptschalters lösen.
Flachbandkabel (Pos. 0470, blaue Markierung beachten) und Kabel
(Pos. 0220/50) an der LEMO Adapter-E-Karte (Kamerakopfbuchse)
(Pos. 0220/40) lösen. Überwurfmutter an Gerätefront lösen und LEMO
Adapter-E-Karte nach innen herausnehmen.
Flexband (Pos. 0460, blaue Markierung beachten) und Datenkabel
(Pos. 0490) an dem USB Board (Pos. 0410) lösen. Halteclips an der
Rückseite der USB­Blende (Pos. 0430) zusammendrücken und aus
der Gerätefront nehmen. Befestigungsschrauben des USB Boards lö­
sen und USB Board herausnehmen.
Stecker X3 der Bedien-E­Karte (Pos. 0440) abziehen. Flexband (Pos.
0460) und (Pos. 0480) an der Bedien-E­Karte lösen. Muttern (Pos.
0450) entfernen und Bedien-E­Karte (Pos. 0440) in geeigneter Position
ablegen. Abstandshülsen entfernen. (siehe Abschnitt 2.6
3 Schrauben (Pos. 0050) am Gehäuseboden entfernen.
Gerätefront aus Grundrahmen nehmen.
Neue Gehäusefront einsetzen.

3.1.2 Funktionsprüfungen und Einstellungen

Voreingestellte Baugruppe einbauen und Funktion überprüfen (siehe
Abschnitt 2.6).

3.2 Mainboard (Pos 0220/10)

3.2.1 Demontage und Montage der Baugruppe

Baugruppe komplett austauschen.
Gehäusedeckel entfernen (siehe Abschnitt 1.2).
Flexband (Pos. 0470, Pos. 0480, blaue Markierung beachten), Daten­
kabel (Pos. 0490), Spannungsversorgung (Pos. 0220/60) für die LEMO
Adapter-E-Karte (Kamerakopfbuchse) (Pos. 0220/40) am Mainboard
lösen.
Schraube (Pos. 0270) entfernen, Haltebügel (Pos. 0260) entfernen und
Abstandsbolzen (Pos. 0250) herausdrehen.
Schraube (Pos. 0330) entfernen und Gegenhalter für Service­Buchse
herausnehmen.
Befestigungsschrauben (Pos. 0280, 0290, 0300, 0310) an Geräterück­
seite entfernen.
Hinweis: Schraube (Pos. 0300) ist geklebt mit Loctite 243.
Schrauben (Pos. 0240) entfernen und Mainboard entnehmen.
Neues Mainboard einbauen.

3.2.2 Funktionsprüfungen und Einstellungen

Voreingestellte Baugruppe einbauen und Funktion überprüfen (siehe
Abschnitt 2.6).

3.3 Schaltnetzteil 100V ­ 240V (Pos. 0350)

3.3.1 Messpunkte und Versorgungsspannungen

Eingangsspannung: entsprechend Typenschild
ST P1 Pin 1+ Pin 2: 100V ­ 240V AC
Ausgangsspannungen:
ST P2 Pin 1: + 12V
ST P2 Pin 4: GND

3.3.2 Demontage und Montage der Baugruppe

Baugruppe komplett austauschen.
Gehäusedeckel entfernen (siehe Abschnitt 1.2).
Schrauben (Pos. 0400) lösen und Abdeckplatte (Pos. 0390) entfernen.
Schraube (Pos. 0400/1) und Abstandsbolzen (Pos. 0380) entfernen.
Danach kann das Netzteil entfernt werden.
Neues Netzteil einsetzen und Kamera montieren

3.3.3 Funktionsprüfungen und Einstellungen

Voreingestellte Baugruppe einbauen und Funktion überprüfen (siehe
Abschnitt 2.6).

1 General information

1.1 Ordering spare parts

The part number required for ordering a spare part is listed in the repair
parts list under the item number used in the service manual.

IMPORTANT!
Specify the following numbers when ordering spare parts:
Part number of the spare part.
Model/type number of the device.
Serial number of the device.

1.2 Removing the housing cover

WARNING!
Danger of electric shock.
When work is carried out on the open unit, there is the danger of touching
with live parts connected to the mains / line voltage.
Before opening the housing cover, the unit must be unplugged from the
power supply. Switch off the power switch and disconnect the power plug.

Remove the housing cover in the order indicated by the numbers on

the illustrations.

2 Maintenance

2.1 Important notes

This service manual describes the external service measures defined for
the product.

IMPORTANT!
When carrying out the service measures make sure you observe the in­
struction for use of the product.

2.2 Maintenance of device and accessories

To protect the technician carrying out the inspection, the maintenance
jobs and inspections must be carried out in the order specified below:
Visual check
Electrical safety test
Function check

The test and measuring procedures specified in the section entitled "Elec­
trical Safety Test" relate to the test in accordance with DIN EN 62353 /
IEC 62353.
Alternatively the test can be carried out in accordance witih IEC / EN
60601-1.
The organization in charge is responsable for compliance with the current
limit values and for retrieving and documenting reference values.
After repair, all measurement values (specified output values) of the de­
vice must be checked as described in the service manual and readjusted
should any deviations be found.

CAUTION!
Do not use this product if the specified measurement values or functions
are not fulfilled.

NOTE!
Any maintenance and inspection job on the device or its accessories
must be documented.

To carry out the maintenance, repair and test routines described in this
service manual, the following test and measuring equipment is manda­
tory. Before a repair job make sure that the measuring equipment is
properly calibrated and in perfect working condition.

represent a recommendation for use.

2.6 Function check

For the measuring setup see section 2.5.

Carry out the following function checks as set forth in the latest
instructions for use GA-A280.
- Section 3.2 (setting of the DIP switches)
- 3.3 (color bar test image)
- Section 4 (function check)
- Sections 5.3.1 to 5.3.8
Check that the described functions are carried out correctly.
Note: In addition, observe section 1.5 (on possible combinations) in the
instructions for use.

Setting of DIP switches Set the different HDMI output formats and check the different formats on the monitor.
For the factory setting see GA-A280 section 3.2.

3 Assemblies
WARNING!
Danger of electric shock.
When working on open devices which are connected to the mains/power
supply there is the risk of touching live parts.
When working on open devices which are connected to the mains/power
supply make sure you follow all applicable safety regulations and protec­
tive measures.

IMPORTANT!
After replacing an assembly, check for correct position and fastening of
the cables.

3.1 Housing front panel (item 0040)

Camera head socket (item 0220/0040)
USB board (item. 0410)
Control PCB (item 4040)

3.1.1 Removal and installation of assembly

Control PCB (item 0440), LEMO adapter PCB (camera head socket
Replace the complete assembly.
Remove the housing cover (see section 1.2).
Disconnect the cable harness from the main switch.
Disconnect the flex ribbon cable (item 0470, observe blue marking)
and the cable (item 0220/50) on the LEMO adapter PCB (camera head
socket) (item 0220/40). Loosen the locking collar on the housing front
panel and remove the LEMO adapter PCB towards the inside of the
device.
Disconnect the flex ribbon cable (item 0460, observe blue marking)
and the data cable (item 0490) on the USB board (item 0410). Push
together the retaining clips of the USB bezel (item 0430) and remove
from the housing front. Loosen the mounting screws of the USB board
and remove the USB board.
Pull off plug X3 from the control PCB (item 0440). Disconnect the flex
ribbon cable (item 0460) and (item 0480) on the control PCB. Remove
the nuts (item 0450) and lay down the control PCB (item 0440) in a
suitable position. Remove the spacer sleeves.(see section 2.6)
Remove 3 screws (items 0050) from the housing bottom panel.
Remove the housing front panel from the base frame.
Install the new housing front panel.

3.1.2 Function tests and settings / adjustments

Install preset assembly and check function (see section 2.6).

3.2 Mainboard (Pos 0220/10)

3.2.1 Removal and installation of assembly

Replace the complete assembly.
Remove the housing cover (see section 1.2).
Disconnect the flex ribbon cable (item 0470, item 0480, observe blue
marking), data cable (item 0490), power supply (item 0220/60) for the
LEMO adapter PCB (camera head socket) (item 0220/40) on the main
board.
Remove the screw (item 0270) and the retainig bracket (item 0260)
and unscrew the spacer pin(s) (item 0250).
Remove the screw (item 0330) and the support for the service socket.
Remove the mounting screws (items 0280, 0290, 0300, 0310) on the
device rear panel.
Note: Screw (item 0300) has been secured with locktite 243.
Remove the screws (item 0240) and take out the main board.
Install new main board.

3.2.2 Function tests and settings / adjustments

Install preset assembly and check function (see section 2.6).

3.3 Switching power supply 100V - 240V (item 350)

3.3.1 Measuring points and supply voltages

Input voltage: in accordance with the identification plate
ST P1 Pin 1+ Pin 2: 100V ­ 240V AC
Output voltages:
ST P2 Pin 1: + 12V
ST P2 Pin 4: GND

3.3.2 Removal and installation of assembly

Replace the complete assembly.
Remove the housing cover (see section 1.2).
Loosen the screws (items 0400) and remove the cover plate (item
0390).
Remove screw (item 0400/1) and spacer pin (item 0380).
The power supply unit can now be removed.
Install new power supply unit and attach camera.

3.3.3 Function tests and settings / adjustments

Install preset assembly and check function (see section 2.6).
