I did about a 1/4 cup - wanting it to be a thicker consistency. Paint pumpkin and let dry completely before putting it on your table or furniture. 💖 Follow for more easy holiday diys, holiday recipes seasonal decor, and holiday ideas! 🎃👻✨ . #diypumpkins #terra Paint Ceramic Pumpkins Ideas, Diy Ceramic Pumpkin Painting, Foam Pumpkin Makeover, Pink Pumpkin Ideas Painting, Acrylic Painted Pumpkins, Painting Ceramic Pumpkins, Pink Pumpkins Painting, Easy Painting Pumpkins Ideas Diy, How To Paint A Pumpkin

This super easy Halloween DIY is a designer dupe to the virtual PB terracotta pumpkins, but for a fraction of the price! This DIY is beginner-friendly and will take only a few minutes to complete! 🎃 Here’s how to do it:

👉🏻Cover any inexpensive faux pumpkin or jack-o-lantern in spray paint in the color of your choice (it doesn’t matter what finish)
👉🏻While the paint is still wet, immediately cover the pumpkin in baking soda
👉🏻Use and old makeup brush to light dust the baking soda off of the pumpkin in vertical strokes (or along the ridges) until you reach the desired look

This experiment shows what happens when you mix vinegar (which is sour) with baking soda (which is like a powder). They react and create tiny bubbles filled with air, just like when you open a soda can. These bubbles make the pumpkin foam and fizz.

Dish soap helps make even more bubbles, making it look like a volcano erupting.

If you add colorful drops, it’s like making the eruption look exciting with different colors.

So, this experiment is a fun way to learn how things can change when you mix them together, and it looks like a volcano erupting!

Have you tried this experiment?🎃
