2 slices of bread
1/2 mashed banana
1 egg
1 tbsp oat milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon

sandwich mashed banana between 2 slices of bread. cut off crusts (optional). dip it into the egg mixture. pan fry over medium heat in butter until golden brown on both sides. top with caramelised banana.

All you need is

3 slices white bread
3 medium ripe bananas overripe also works
2-3 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4-1 cup milk depending on bread size any milk you prefer
1-2 tbsp honey or condensed milk or Nutella garnish

Steps

1. Spread and mash banana slices in between slices of bread. Spread butter on both sides
2. Stove on medium-low heat, place one slice of buttered bread onto a non-stick pan
3. Start to cook on both sides
4. Pour milk on top of bread and on sides some on the pan.
5. Move bread around in pan with spatula to soak up the milk.
