INGREDIENTS:
•	4 large figs.
•	40g blue cheese, cut into cubes.
•	Chopped walnuts.
•	Honey for drizzling.

METHOD:
1. Preheat your oven to 200 C.
2. Wash the figs and pat them dry. Cut the top of the figs, then using a knife scoop and mash the flesh.
3. Arrange the figs in a baking dish and stuff each of them with a cube of blue cheese. Cover with the fig “lid”.
4. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they look soft and release juice. Serve them warm. Enjoy!" The perfect sweet & savory appetizer to put together and  such a simple dish to make going into fall! 

I’m using my @360cookware pie pan which will soon become your best friend with pie season quickly approaching 🥧 their pie pan is stainless steel and is an essential tool in creating the crispiest flaky of pies! 

What you’ll need: 

🧀 one pie crust (store bought or homemade) 
🧀 blue cheese 6oz (or substitute with brie cheese)
🧀 figs (about 8)
🧀 1 tbsp honey 
🧀 1 tbsp balsamic glaze 
🧀 2 tsp salt 
🧀 one egg (egg wash)
