Avocado-Cottage Cheese Bread

Another Protein rich "bread" to help you stay on track toward your FAT LOSS goals. I give this a 9/10 and absolutely loved it.  I felt it was more "bread-like" than the Cottage Cheese Flat Bread. 

Recipe (Fat To Fit Version) 
*1 large Avocado 
*1 cup Cottage Cheese @good_culture 
*1 Organic Pasture Raised Egg
*Dash or Sea Salt @redmondrealsalt 
*Mash and Mix together
*Everything Bagel Seasoning 
*Bake at 400 for 30 min

9 G protein/ 0 added sugar/low carb
