In the past two years, we've been set up in a new normal wherein we're locked in our own houses. We are convinced to adapt to new systems and adjust to them just like we dedicate our workspace, especially to students that need to continue the academic year. I know a lot of students experience burnout from having tons of schoolwork and tasks to complete, considering also the house chores and stress of the environment. Being a student myself, these are the things I learn how to prevent.
