Consuming both on an empty stomach with warm water helps detoxify the body by eliminating all the toxins from the body. Plus its delicious and warming! If you find fresh turmeric then use that instead of ground turmeric. I do either way but fresh is best! Ingredients (makes 12 large cubes): - Juice of 4 lemons - 480 ml water - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated  - ½ tsp ground cinnamon - 1 tsp ground turmeric (or fresh) - 1.5 tbsp good quality honey  ✨ Method: Blend, pour in ice cubes and freeze! To serve, add one cube in a mug and pour over hot water.
