Indian style lentils

The number and variety of lentils or dals that are cultivated or available in India is quite striking. I mean I can’t even imagine an Indian household without a portion of curried lentils in their daily meals. Dals do complete an Indian meal, and also make it wholesome and well-balanced. One of my all-time favorites is the Whole Masoor Dal Recipe, which is what this post is all about.
