I was so excited to make this for my Halloween party this year. Thank u Ryan and friends for helping my HP dreams come true.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
-poster board (I used 2 thicker pieces of poster board that were 2x3 ft)
-spray adhesive (we used exactly 1 can)
-poly fill (we used exactly 1 bag)
-blue LED light strips (I got 1 strip on Amazon, but make sure they have a lightning effect)
-floating candles with fishing wire attached (also found on Amazon and they turn on with a wand which I also used for my Bellatrix costume lol)
-heavy duty command strips (we used about 20)

STEPS:
1. Tape the poster boards together with packing tape
2.
