TIPS AND INGREDIENTS ⬇️

This dosa (think Indian pancake/crepe) is an easy, quick and healthy recipe that's great on its own, with some chutney, stuffed, or as a vehicle for your curry.

The full method is in the video but top tips are:

1. If using any other lentils you'll need to soak them longer. And if you don't have the green mung you can go with all husked (yellow) or vice versa.

2. I like making this on a thick cast iron pan/skillet, but it works equally well on a non stick pan. Make sure the pan, whatever you choose to use, is hot and completely clean/dry when the dosa batter goes down, so it sticks.

3. Oil is added onto the dosa, think of it as 'reverse frying'!

5. You can freeze the batter or keep it refrige Mung Dal Recipe, Indian Pancakes, Indian Breads, Dosa Batter, Methi Seeds, Pancake Crepes, Dosa Recipe, Dal Recipe, Indian Bread
