Today is the last day of preschool, the summer holiday is starting... So I asked if I could make the munchkins something nice. These are cakepops! And pretty easy, too. You will need small cupcakes, white and red candy melts (i'm afraid you do need those, chocolate is really hard to melt and get crystallized correctly) and some royal icing. And skewers, to use as sticks for the pops! Just bake some mini cupcakes, cut off the top and use some melted candy melts to glue the bottom to the top…
