𝔹𝕚𝕣𝕘𝕚𝕥 𝕂𝕠𝕠𝕡𝕤𝕖𝕟-𝔹𝕖𝕣𝕟𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕚𝕟 🇳🇱 on Instagram: "Day 30 - Frottage Frottage is the technique or process of taking a rubbing drom an uneven surface to form the basis of a work of art. In this case I’m using wax crayons to create the frottage image with the leaves so I can use it as a resist for gel printing. Place the frottage piece on top of a layer of acrylic paint on the gel plate. Rub firmly so the paper will pick up all of the paint. The areas where the wax is will resist the paint which will stay behind on the plate and can then (after drying) be picked up with a second layer of paint. Remove any access paint from the original paper and you have lovely 2 prints. ——————————————— What is this challenge about? It’s about 31 days of gel printing!
