Fun fact: a Kalimotxo - or red wine & Coke - is a cocktail that originated in Spain in the 1970s & remains popular there today. The best part? It's INCREDIBLY simple: use equal parts dry red wine (preferably Spanish) and Coke over ice, with a squeeze of lemon juice to taste. At first, mixing red wine & Coke seems to go against everything we believe in (especially a delicious wine like San Gregorio), but...we're warming up to it, and so is the rest of the US!
