1. Find the most efficient technique for you 
There are different techniques for the sled pull and it might depend on your physique as well, e.g. if you are really strong in your upper body you might pull the rope while walking backwards, whereas for me e.g. it is easiest to work more through my legs and walk back (see my tips for sled-pull for more info on the technique) ✅ 

2. Use the full box length
You have 1,5m in which you can move for the sled-pull, make sure to use the full lengths of those to be as efficient as possible 🔳 

3. Practice how to handle the rope 
In the beginning I used to have the rope just between my legs which was quite inconvenient, so now I make sure to have it on the right side of my Sled Pull Workout, Walking Backwards, Pull Workout, Fitness Competition, In The Beginning, Sled, Send It, Right Side, Upper Body
