Timmy & Sarah Hymel on Instagram: "Boudin Cornbread - 1 Box Jiffy Cornbread Mix - 3 Eggs - 1/2 cup of half & half - 1 bunch green onions - 1 small yellow onion - 1 Bell Pepper - 8oz Block Pepper Jack Cheese (grated) - 1 lbs The Best Stop Boudin (Uncased) - 1 stick of butter - 10oz container of Pepper Jelly Instructions Uncase your boudin and put into big mixing bowl. Then add in your jiffy, eggs, green onions, yellow onion, bell pepper, cheese, and any seasonings if desired. PreHeat up 11in Skillet with a stick of butter. Once heated up pour in cornbread mix into skillet then bake at 400 degrees for 35mins then pull and layer on the pepper jelly on top then back in the oven 400 degrees for 5-6mins Baw Dat Good Yah!!!"
