Dollect Notice!
Hey, everyone!
We just want to touch base with you on some things happening on the site. As you may have noticed, there are images that are currently missing. The team is aware of this and we are working as quickly as we can when we have the time to fix the issue. This is due to the images being migrated.
Please know that Dollect is entirely volunteer run, and this is something that we work on when we have the free time/energy to do so. We have seen this question popping up both in the Discord and elsewhere, so we just want to cover each location with an update. We will also be updating the socials with this information as well.
If there is a different issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the team and let us know. Thank you all for the support and love that you pour back into our wonderful little community!
The best solution to this is to comment on pages in which you see the issues!
The majority of images were migrated naturally and require no attention (if you’re having issues on main site pages, you need to reset your computer’s Dollect cache) but some need manual pushes.
It’s a simple and quick fix for us but finding them is challenging! This solution is going to keep Dollect running basically in perpetuity no matter how much storage we use so it was worth doing, even if it’s a headache right now!
