Thank you both! And about Thatcher, I definitely think he’s alive, but he’s fighting for his life out here LMAO. I imagine he might have Adam with him, and maybe he’ll track down the rest of BPS? If not to interrogate them, that hopefully to help them, since they’re all dealing with alternates.

None knew how or why. The angels cowered at the sight of their kin rising above them, growing mad. None knew why or what was driving their kin into this path. None knew how to stop it. None dared to stop it. They were all too weak. Too weak to do anything besides watch. Listen to their cries of pain as they echoed through the clouds. Until they started to slowly fade away into nothing.

Gabriel stared down at the virgin traveling through the desert, blank eyes. The clouds was bluring the view a bit, but Gabriel didn’t care. His mind was tainted. His message to the Magi, the Kings and the Wise Men had gone smoothly. He should be proud. But he wasn’t. The message to the virgin should’ve made him happy. But it didn’t. His words had corrupted themselves. He was corrupting himself. He had decieved them. Gabriel turned away from the sight of the virgin down on the mortal plain, now staring at his holy flesh. The very thing we was going to use to create a replacement of the holy child. The very thing he was going to use to overthrow God Himself.
