That’ll bring the total to about 15 commissions total, 3 of which were large comic comms. Very proud of the work I’ve managed to do over the course of March; I made quite a few changes to how I work as well as took the leap with new avenues, such as opening my discord publicly and starting work on my Wayfarers project. I’m hoping to keep this momentum going!

The commissions I’ve managed to finished over the course of March thus far! owo The comic comms in particular take me forever to complete, but I’m always very pleased with how they came out. uwu Actually, I’ve been real happy with my art recently as well! I hadn’t really had a point in about a year where I’ve been unhappy with my work, but I feel like I’ve just been as happy as a cucumber with the recent ones. Probably cuz I’ve been trying out a few new techniques again; seeing a slight change in my art always triggers serotonin in me. xD

I really like the lore you’ve developed for your Super Mario AU, especially with the diplomatic games between kingdoms and the recent reimagining of Yoshi’s Island. I’m sure someone has asked this before at least once, but I’m curious: Are Wario and Waluigi in your AU? Considering their origins and Wario’s various industries seen in the Kart games, I think Wario could be a corrupt Metro Kingdom business tycoon (potentially a cousin or distant relative to Mario). Waluigi could be his washed-up athlete brother that he recruits for help in the various diplomatic games in a series of doomed schemes focused on somehow becoming Metro’s Mayor.
I’m glad you like the headcanons! :) To answer your question, I did have Wario and Waluigi in the AU; or at least, I mentioned them but never got around to finishing their art. Here’s those posts:
Now, I do need to say though that a LOT of this headcanon will not be relevant in the new Super Mario AU (still workin on the title 🤔). It’s essentially a more story-oriented reimagining from the ground up, so many characters will not be featured for my own sanity (ex: Wario is extremely likely not to show up) and roles will be dropped (ex: Bowser is NOT a king in the new version). The only thing that’ll stay completely canon and relevant to the new AU is Melon’s Adventure, which effectively acts as a prologue to the story. :)

HEYOOOOO Ya’ll! I’m about to head off for bed but wanted to give this quick announcement before I did so:
I will be returning to streaming regularly, starting tomorrow! As seen in the lil sketch of bean Ash there, the streams will be held on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS at 12pm to 2PM est. Sometimes they may extend past that, sometimes they may end a little early depending on my personal schedule, but you can expect the following from said streams:
-Art Streams: I’ll typically work on personal art, brand art, Twitch assets art (like my PNG yapper model and emotes), lore art. and working off my “art debt” from my old Patreon ambitions as it were
-Just Chatting: Exactly on the tin! These will likely be much shorter streams and they will be relatively varied. So far, you can expect me practicing my guitar, a few tier-list + discussion of movies/games/shows, and maybe a few literally just sitting about and chatting. :]
-Gaming Streams: Not yet to be seen since my computer needs an upgrade first, but once I have that you will eventually be able to expect me streaming some games in the future! A lot of them will be games I’ve been dying to play but never got around to, but sometimes they’ll be super chill games to pass the time. uwu
-Watch Parties: Specifically of gaming events (think Nintendo Direct, State of Play, ect) that’ll allow co-streaming.
Once I have my schedule art ready to go, you’ll be able to see the general outline of what i’ll be doing specifically each stream, such as concept design for the next installment of Melon’s Adventure, for example, or new lore art for the ARPG baked into the server.

Context: I’m in the middle of writing up the new lore and story for the Super Mario Au’s reboot aaaand I need a job for King Boo since he’d not gonna be a king in this iteration. Instead he’s gonna run the business in question.
Something relatively “normal” and mundane-ish. Anything somewhat modern (ex: office manager) or something more like a medievel fantasy would have (ex: blacksmith) would work! I’d like a small list to consider before I settle on one idea. :)

So, I assume ya’ll may remember me talking about making my community discord public, yes? Well, now that I’m nearly finished with preparing the server, that’s finally coming to fruition in a matter of days!
In fact, I now have the official date in which you can expect to gain public access to the community:

In addition to opening my Discord community to the public, I will ALSO be making a serious return to streaming! In fact, I will be treating my first stream back as my soft “Debut”.

Now, I know ya’ll already know me or of me to some extent, but given I’ve been relatively MIA since my hiatus (especially on social media platforms) I figured this would be good and unique opportunity to reintroduce myself for supporters old and new, as well as giving you guys a low-down on what you can expect from my streams and work moving forward.
