Hi, I'm Ebba and I'm An art Director
But it hasn't always been like that.
In 8th grade I competed in South Korea "For the gifted in science", I placed second. I was then sure I would become an engineer. Five years later, I started at the Computer Science program at KTH in Stockholm. I was somehow hoping that the program would engage my creative side. That didn’t happen. I dropped out and had to seek a new career.
I looked back at my kindergarten hobbies, which in big terms were to be creative. Drawing, building houses of popsicle sticks, sculpting, making movies with my dad. I suddenly remembered how fun that was, and it would be a shame to let that enjoyment go. Therefore I went to Hyper Island to study Content Developer. For my internship I ended up in Los Angeles, working for a youtuber. And let me tell you, that was my childhood dream. I got to do all the things I mentioned before as a job.
Today I work as an art director and I do everything from visualizing ideas, storyboarding, props design & craft, set design, Scenography, graphic design and photography. I'm also currently exploring 3D & 2D motion design.
