This has made them vulnerable to number of diseases and in its quest to cure, the man has ran away from nature and has taken medicines which are artificially made. The lifestyle is full of stress and tensions. For leading a healthy life, humans have to return back to nature in an effort to survive. Wheat Grass Juice is one of the best medicine for any human being. Its simply returning back to the nature and its roots to help our own self.
